  • What Forms Of Payment Can I Use?
    For online orders we accept credit cards from the following: American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. We also accept PayPal and Gift cards and eGift Cards purchased from Dedurn directly. We are unable to accept debit cards or cash at this time.
  • Where Is My Order?
    You can acess your order status and history with your traking number sent by email. You can also reach us at 1-800-0DE-DURN from 8AM-10PM EST or by email at customerservice.dedurn.com from 5AM - 10PM EST for further information.
  • Can I Return An Item For A Refund?
    If you are not satisfied with you purchase from Dedurn, simply email us for a shipping lable to return the product and we will redund the full amount of the item purchase. Product must be in new or gently used conditions. All returns require proof of purchase, and will not be conducted without a receipt. Return activity is monitored for abuse. If we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that Dedurn will no longer accept any returns from that customer.   • How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?
    Contact us within one (1) hour of placing your order at 1-800-0DE-DURN and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • I Received The Wrong Product, Can I Return It?"
    If your order is not as expected contact us at 1-800-0DE-DURN for assistance.
  • I Received My Product Damaged, What Should I Do?"
    If you have recived damaged merchandise, please retain all packaging and contents, and contact us at 1-800-0DE-DURN for assistance as soon as possible.
