If you are not satisfied with you purchase from Dedurn, simply email us for a shipping lable to return the product and we will redund the full amount of the item purchase. Product must be in new or gently used conditions. All returns require proof of purchase, and will not be conducted without a receipt. Return activity is monitored for abuse. If we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that Dedurn will no longer accept any returns from that customer.
